We guarantee parts and labor for any failure of your computer due to manufacturer's defects or our error for one full year. We guarantee parts for any failure of your computer due to manufacturer's defects for three full years. We accept your computer as a trade-in, or on our fair market buy back program for the value of its parts for the lifetime of the computer. The value of the parts may be negative depending on the requirements of recycling legislation.
